A week in NEW YORK with Brandy!!

I had an amazing time in New York with Brandy! The weather was so nice in NY that I didn't want to leave, I heard LA was raining all week, haha!! Seriously though, I had a great time working with Brandy and Ray J, as always.

Brandy and Ray J are incredible people!! They're so talented that I feel so honored to work with them. Wishing them the best in all that they do! They really do deserve the best!! =)

In New York, we did the Wendy Williams Show so watch for their interview!! (Isnt' Wendy Williams just fabulous!!??!!) Also, Brandy had a photo shoot with YRB magazine. I added some photos as teasers so make sure to go pick up your copy of YRB with Brandy once it hits the stands! LOOK FOR IT!!

BET Honors - Gabrielle Union

As you know I love to travel, and usually its to some far off place.  But this time I got to go Home! That's right, I got to visit Washington D.C., my home town.  I did Gabrielle's hair for the BET Honors Awards, that will air February 1, 2010 at 9pm/8pm central time.  I had a really great time being home again and working with her.  Make sure you tune in and see the show.  It was absolutely amazing.

MAKING MOVES!

As you know I’ve been EXTREMELY BUSY and making BIG MOVES. On the road traveling, making appearances, and of course making sure my clients look SIMPLY AMAZING! I was recently in Rio doing it BIG working with Ciara for Fashion Rocks! www.fashionrocks.com

We had so much fun!!! It was lovely to be able to spend my Birthday (Go Scorpio's!!!!) hitting up different clubs and a Brazilian funk party. It sho was funky in there too, LMAO! VIP was off the chaaain, and good thing I didn't sweat my edges out! (JK :)) Overall it was great, and a truly wonderful experience. I'll be keeping you posted on what’s up and coming more often. Ciara wanted a '"new look" so when she called me she said ." Kiyah, I've always wanted to cut my hair." I was like ummm, ok... lets do it! She definitly has a cute and petite face and that always works for short cuts.. I think she works it ! And we put a splash of color just to give it a little hottness!!!!!
