So here is Ciara's new look!!!

Ciara wanted a '"new look" so when she called me she said ." Kiyah, I've always wanted to cut my hair." I was like ummm, ok... lets do it! She definitly has a cute and petite face and that always works for short cuts.. I think she works it ! And we put a splash of color just to give it a little hottness!!!!!
