HEY EVERYBODY I WON AN EMMY!
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY BANANAS! I CANT BELIEVE IT (BUT I CAN......)!HAHA!!! I REALLY JUST WON AN EMMY FOR BEST HAIR FOR THE TYRA BANKS SHOW. HOW ABOUT THAT! THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE DOING HAIR FOR TELEVISION AND I WON AN EMMY. THIS LETS US KNOW ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!!! WOW!

Every time a young lady mentions she wants to be a hairstylist I tell them about you and show them your blog.

I was reading a Sophisticated Black Hair magazine from 2007 and saw the article on you winning an Emmy! I am so excited for you, that have been telling everyone about it. Now, you probably won't remember me unless we saw each other face-to-face, but you've done my hair several times in Manhattan (I'm now in MD). But I just wanted to say that I am so happy for you!
